Traffic crosses 900 Mbps mark

NPIX aggregate traffic has crossed 900 Mbps mark. It has been gradually increasing despite the scheduled daily power outages across the country.

Looks like we are going to reach the magical 1000 Mbps mark very soon.

See the graphs for details.

  1. It is no wonder that we are consuming more and more data inspite of loadshedding. Going thru the graphs published across the networks, we are going to cross each 100 Meg mark every less than 2 or 3 months by now. But what about routing the internal traffic?

This is all internal traffic between local ISPs. External/International traffic does not pass through NPIX. ISPs use their upstream ISP or an NSP to reach outside the Country.
